A Heart for Pet Care
Rachel’s passion for pets has guided her entire career. After graduating from East Central State University, she dove straight into the pet care industry, starting at Banfield Pet Hospital, where she began developing her strong managerial skills.
Rachel then spent five years at Best Friends PetCare—a well-loved chain of pet hotels—before becoming a manager at Memorial Crossing Pet Resort in 2019. After three years of dedicated leadership, she briefly explored other interests, but her heart never left pet care. In December of last year, Rachel returned to manage our pet resort.
Rachel feels she is home again, surrounded by her passion and purpose.
